Maintenance Planning & Control\n- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment and tools.\n- Troubleshoot and resolve machine breakdowns to minimize downtime.\n- Analyze root cause of recurring failures and propose corrective actions\n- Respond to equipment breakdowns and production support requests in a timely manner.\n- Ensure machines are restored to safe and optimal operating conditions after maintenance.\n- Coordinate and assign daily maintenance tasks to technicians\n- Assist in equipment modification, improvement, and reliability enhancement activities.\n- Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, Equipment Availability, OEE, and Maintenance Cost.\n2. Cross-Functional Collaboration\n- Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Safety teams to support operational needs.\n- Coordinate maintenance activities with production schedules to minimize downtime.\n- Communicate technical issues and maintenance status clearly to relevant stakeholders.\n- Support installation, modification, relocation, and commissioning of new equipment or machine.\n- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.\n3. Documentation & Reporting\n- Maintain maintenance records, spare parts usage, machine history,maintenance checklists, and technical documentation.\n- Report recurring issues, abnormal conditions, and improvement suggestions to supervisors or managers.\n- Support audit documentation related to maintenance, safety, and quality systems.\n4.
