This role oversees key areas of compensation, benefits, payroll, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs, while ensuring programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with market trends and business needs.\nHow You’ll Make an Impact:\nDevelop and execute a total rewards strategy aligned with business and talent goals.\nProvide insights on market trends and opportunities to strengthen total rewards programs.\nDesign, administer, and continuously improve compensation, benefits, payroll, wellness, and recognition programs.\nOversee salary structures, incentive plans, sales compensation, market pricing, and annual compensation reviews.\nConduct market analysis to support competitive pay, internal equity, and informed decision-making.\nPartner with HR, Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Legal to support accurate payroll and total rewards administration, communication, and compliance.\nLead benefits administration, including health and wellness, retirement, open enrollment, COBRA, FMLA, ESTA, and 401(k) plans.\nOversee payroll operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing.\nUse data analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and identify attraction, retention, and engagement trends.\nPrepare reports and recommendations for HR and business leaders on total rewards strategies and outcomes.\nEnsure total rewards programs comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.\nCommunicate program value clearly to employees and leaders.\nManage external compensation and benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants.\nSupport equity compensation, long-term incentive plans, and retention-focused rewards initiatives.\nLead, coach, and develop team members supporting total rewards administration.\nNote: This list of responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive. Responsibilities may change or expand based on business needs.\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required.\n10+ years of total rewards, compensation, benefits, or related HR experience, preferably in a complex or global organization.\nExperience leading total rewards strategy, program design, and implementation at a management level.\nStrong knowledge of compensation structures, sales compensation, salary surveys, executive compensation, equity programs, and benefits administration.\nDeep understanding of compensation and benefits practices, market trends, and compliance requirements.\nStrong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.\nAbility to translate business objectives into rewards strategies that support engagement, attraction, and retention.\nExperience managing vendors and partnering cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Legal.\nExperience leading or developing team members in total rewards, compensation, benefits, or HR operations.\nCCP, CBP, SHRM, HRCI, or similar certification preferred.\nCorporate payroll management experience preferred.\nDisclaimer: JR Automation requires candidates to successfully complete a 10-panel drug screen, physical examination, and background check.\nCompany Overview:\nAt JR Automation, A Hitachi Group Company, we discover potential, reimagine limits, and advance industry.
