We’re looking for people who love being part of a diverse, global team - and who get excited about making a real-world impact with data.\nJob description\nKey Responsibilities\nEnd-to-End Compensation Management\nIndependently manage assigned commission, bonus, SPIFF, and incentive plans.\nPrepare compensation calculations, payout validations, and payroll submissions.\nInterpret incentive plan documents and ensure accurate execution.\nManage quota, territory, account assignment, and employee movement impacts.\nLead commission disputes, escalations, and exception management activities.\nFinancial Management & Accrual Ownership\nOwn monthly and quarterly incentive accrual processes.\nPerform accrual forecasting, trend analysis, and executive reporting.\nAnalyze accrual vs actual variances and provide business explanations.\nSupport quarter-end and year-end close activities.\nReporting & Business Insights\nDeliver executive-level compensation reporting and analytics.\nAnalyze sales performance, productivity, plan effectiveness, and payout trends.\nBuild and maintain Power BI dashboards and compensation scorecards.\nProvide management insights and recommendations to leadership teams.\nSupport compensation modeling and scenario analysis.\nStakeholder & Business Partner Support\nAct as primary compensation SME for assigned business units and geographies.\nPartner with Sales Leaders, Finance, HR, Revenue Operations, Payroll, and FP&A.\nLead compensation review discussions and issue resolution forums.\nProvide guidance on incentive plan interpretation and operational impacts.\nDrive stakeholder communications on compensation changes and updates.\nProcess Excellence & Automation\nLead process improvement initiatives across GSVC operations.\nDrive automation opportunities using Power BI, AI, workflow tools, and reporting platforms.\nParticipate in strategic transformation programs and system modernization initiatives.\nTeam Development\nMentor Associate Professionals and Specialist Professionals.\nProvide technical training and process guidance.\nReview work performed by junior team members.\nSupport knowledge management and succession planning activities.\nQualifications\nEducation\nMBA Finance, CA-Inter, CMA-Inter, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.\nExperience\n7 to 10 years of experience in:Sales Compensation Administration\nIncentive Operations\nRevenue Operations\nFinance Operations\nFP&A\nShared Services Environment\n\nExperience supporting global compensation programs across multiple regions preferred.\nTechnical Skills\nRequired\nAdvanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Financial Modeling)\nCompensation Administration\nFinancial Accruals & Forecasting\nData Analytics\nStakeholder Management\nProcess Controls & Compliance\nPreferred\nXactly\nAnaplan\nSalesforce\nOracle ERP\nPower BI\nSQL\nWorkday\nServiceNow\nCompetencies\nBusiness Partnership\nProblem Solving & Decision Making\nExecutive Communication\nInfluencing Without Authority\nContinuous Improvement Mindset\nCustomer Focus\nRisk & Controls Orientation\nOwnership & Accountability\nAbout us\nWe’re a global team of innovators.
