If you’re passionate about solving technical challenges, collaborating across global teams, and working on projects that matter, this is your opportunity to make an impact in the power industry’s transformation.\nHow You’ll Make an Impact\nLead technical design and engineering deliverables for substation automation projects.\n\nConfigure and test SCADA systems, protective relays, and communication devices.\n\nPerform electrical testing using advanced tools like DOBLE and OMICRON.\n\nCoordinate project activities across design, production, and commissioning phases.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.\n\nEngage with customers to optimize solutions and maintain high satisfaction.\n\nSupport project managers with technical input for proposals and risk assessments.\n\nDrive continuous improvement and share best practices across teams. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.\n\nYour Background\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.\n\n10+ years of experience in substation automation projects.\n\nStrong knowledge of SCADA, protection systems, and communication protocols (Modbus, DNP3, GOOSE).\n\nHands-on experience with electrical testing using DOBLE and OMICRON equipment.\n\nFamiliarity with utility substation operations and standards.\n\nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills.
