With the chance to deepen technical expertise, strengthen customer relationships, and play a visible role representing the OEM, this position provides a strong platform for professional growth, leadership exposure, and long-term career development within the energy services sector.\nHow you’ll make an impact\nDrive proactive and reactive sales for HVMV/LV and Transformer Service portfolios.\n\nReview customer enquiries, interpret technical/commercial requirements, and prepare competitive techno-commercial bids.\n\nLead end-to-end tender processes, including cost modeling, cash-flow analysis, and scope definition.\n\nIdentify contractual risks and opportunities while collaborating closely with sales, supply chain, and technical teams.\n\nMaintain accurate CRM data, manage order processing, and track key performance indicators and forecasts.\n\nBuild strong customer relationships, provide expert support, and represent the OEM during customer interactions.\n\nSupport Product Life Cycle Management by applying technical knowledge and responding promptly to issues.\n\nPrepare regular sales reports and market plans, coordinating inputs from internal and external stakeholders.\n\nYou will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.\n\nLiving Hitachi Energy’s core values safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.\n\nYour Background\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related technical field.\n\nMinimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, service sales, application engineering, field service, tendering, pricing, or market analysis within the industrial or energy sectors; experience in selling service products is an advantage.\n\nStrong motivation to expand knowledge of technologies, substation systems, and related service offerings.\n\nSolid technical understanding with the ability to translate complex solutions into clear business value for customers.\n\nStrong communication, negotiation, and customer-engagement skills.\n\nFluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are an advantage.\n\nQualified individuals with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access the Hitachi Energy career site as a result of your disability.
