We don’t expect you to ‘fit’ every requirement - your life experience, character, perspective, and passion for achieving great things in the world are equally as important to us.\nJob description\nLocation: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)\nMeet Our Team\nJoin a team of security experts and Forward Deployed Security Engineers dedicated to helping enterprise customers secure cloud, application, DevSecOps, and AI environments.\nWork closely with customers, architects, and engineering leaders to design innovative security solutions that address complex business and technical challenges.\nBe part of a collaborative culture that values technical excellence, customer success, mentorship, and continuous innovation.\nContribute to the development of reusable security frameworks, reference architectures, and best practices that drive measurable security outcomes.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nLead customer security engagements and provide technical leadership across cloud security, DevSecOps, application security, and AI security initiatives.\nTranslate complex security challenges into scalable architectures, implementation roadmaps, and production-ready security controls.\nManage teams of engineers, oversee technical delivery, and drive successful outcomes from discovery and design through implementation, validation, and operational handover.\nConduct threat modeling, architecture reviews, and security assessments across cloud platforms, applications, APIs, and AI systems.\nDefine and implement DevSecOps strategies, security automation, CI/CD security controls, software supply chain protections, and remediation workflows.\nGuide the design and security of AI solutions, including LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, AI agents, and MLOps platforms.\nManage project risks, dependencies, escalations, and stakeholder communications while balancing security, performance, delivery timelines, and customer requirements.\nWhat you'll bring to the team:\n7+ years of cybersecurity experience with proven success leading engineering teams and delivering large-scale security programs.\nStrong leadership experience mentoring engineers, reviewing technical work, and managing multiple security workstreams simultaneously.\nDeep expertise in Cloud Security, including identity management, workload protection, container security, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and enterprise security architecture.\nProven experience implementing DevSecOps practices, CI/CD security controls, automated testing, software supply chain security, and remediation workflows.\nStrong background in Application Security, including threat modeling, architecture reviews, security assessments, and API security.\nHands-on experience with AI Security, including LLMs, RAG, vector databases, AI agents, MLOps, model deployment, and model lifecycle management.\nKnowledge of AI-specific threats and controls, including prompt injection, data leakage, insecure retrieval, excessive permissions, unsafe tool execution, monitoring, and security testing.\nExcellent customer-facing communication skills with experience presenting to executives, architects, security leaders, and engineering teams.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced cloud or security certifications (CISSP, CCSP, AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, GCP Security Engineer) are preferred.\nAbout us\nWe’re a global, team of innovators.
