This role may perform product design, bug verification, and beta support which may require technical research and analysis. Responsibilities include ensuring AI based SDLC, adherence to software development processes defined by multiple discipline practice areas and supporting the governance of those review processes.\nThis role will report to the Global Head of Network Control Solutions Development and will require collaboration with the PMO, Product Management, SW engineering, Testing, Quality, Security and relevant global stakeholders as part of the process of delivering.\nHow you'll make impact\nLeading to delivering top quality products on time and on budget. Bring AI and predictability to the team’s overall performance and delivery.\nServe as escalation point for issues beyond project teams’ authority; resolve conflicts involving scheduling, resources, or technical issues. \nWork closely with senior engineers and relevant stakeholders to develop the best technical design and approach for product development.\nInstill best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.\nProject management - prioritization, planning of projects and features, Stakeholder management and tracking of external commitments.\nSupport scrum ceremonies for the team where needed (Planning, Retrospective, Grooming & Review/Demo).\nFacilitate impediment resolution in a timely, cost-effective manner.
