The Site Based Building Services Supervisor will be coordinating and inspecting the Building Services (BS) installation works throughout its scope of delivery. The Building Services systems will include: LV Power Distribution, Lighting, HVAC, Domestic Water, BMS, Fire detection and Security Systems.\nThe Building Services Supervisor will report to the Civil Construction Manager and integrate to the Site Management team.\nThe role will be fully site based at our two locations in Italy.\nHow you will make an impact:\nSupport the engineering activities related to Building Services (BS), by contributing with the construction perspective, lessons learnt and best practices, whilst ensuring its constructability\nReview the BS ITPs and ITRs, as well as all technical submissions from sub contractors to ensure compliance with the respective design and specifications\nCoordinate all on-site BS installation activities in alignment with project delivery schedule/activities to assure cost-effective execution of project deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements\nSupport the Civil Construction Manager in making detailed working plans with the Sub-Contractors of the BS scope installation activities, including necessary local resources, equipment, suppliers, and milestones\nEnsure that all documentation related to the BS scope is revised and updated as necessary, and that the latest revisions are used for the construction work on site\nMonitor and inspect the BS installation activities, ensuring the required quality for the respective works according to the standards and specifications\nLead or participate in site meetings related to the BS scope, and whenever required, with Customer, sub-contractors, and Hitachi Energy site personnel\nPrepare and coordinate the BS related red marked drawings with the subcontractors and engineering\nYour background:\nDegree-qualified (BEng, BSc, MSc, or equivalent) in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering, or a related field, or significant experience in an MEP (Building Services) supervisory role.\nRelevant on-site experience\nReady to work in an international and multicultural work environment\nExperience in industrial projects; in the energy sector is a plus\nGreat communication skills\nFluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken, is essential to effectively interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
