And that’s where you come in.\nKey Responsibilities\nLeadership & Team CoordinationCoordinate and guide multi-disciplinary maintenance supervisor teams across different sites.\nEnsure team performance through clear objectives, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nPromote a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration.\n\n Operational ExcellenceOversee all Operations, Service & Maintenance (OS&M) activities, including planning and execution.\nImplement delivery and maintenance strategies, ensuring compliance with budget and timelines.\nGuarantee timely resolution of technical issues by coordinating internal and external resources.\n\nCustomer FocusMaintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service delivery.\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients regarding maintenance and delivery activities.\n\nProcess & Performance ManagementDevelop and enforce operational standards, procedures, and tools for reliable maintenance and support services.\nIdentify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvement projects.\nPrepare and present periodic reports on site performance, delivery, and maintenance activities.\n\n Compliance & SafetyEnsure all site activities comply with regulatory and company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.\nCollaborate with internal departments (Quality, Materials Management, Engineering) to maintain compliance and operational integrity.\n\nStrategic ContributionSupport the definition of site mission, vision, and operating strategies aligned with corporate objectives.\nCoordinate implementation of retrofits and modifications during warranty periods.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\nMinimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in commissioning and/or maintenance within rail or similar industries.\nProven ability to coordinate teams, manage budgets, and deliver results under pressure.\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nCustomer-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.\nProficiency in MS Office and Outlook.\nEducation\nMaster’s degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification).\nLanguages\nFluent in English (written and spoken).\nProficiency in Italian is mandatory. \n“Alla posizione si applica il vigente CCNL per l’industria metalmeccanica privata e l’installazione di impianti, con inquadramento nel livello B2, ai sensi della relativa disciplina di classificazione del personale.”\nProponiamo una retribuzione annua lorda compresa tra 36.000 € e 46.000 €\nThank you for your interest in Hitachi Rail.
