You will own and drive all SCM-related deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.\nHow you'll make an impact\nAct as the SCM representative and primary SCM interface in new product introduction (NPI), product change, product phase-out and factory improvement projects.\nCoordinate supplier-related project deliverables, ensuring material availability, supplier readiness, and on-time execution of project milestones.\nManage the end-to-end procurement process for project materials, including RFQs, supplier evaluations, sourcing recommendations and purchase order execution.\nLead supplier selection with strategic buyers to identify the best long-term supplier.\nIdentify supply chain risks, proactively develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues when required.\nInitiate and follow up supplier qualification activities together with Supplier Quality Engineering\nSecure material availability for pilot production, zero series, and production start.\nSupport continuous improvement of product implementation and industrialization processes from a supply chain perspective.\nYour background\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or equivalent experience.\nExperience working with suppliers and cross-functional teams in an industrial or manufacturing environment.\nGood understanding of sourcing processes, supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and supply chain risk management.\nA proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to tackle complex problems, prioritize actions and deliver results under changing conditions\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel activities and stakeholders.\nSelf-driven and a strong sense of ownership\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nFluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.\nMeritorious:\nKnowledge of manufacturing processes and supplier networks\nPrevious experience within Supply Chain Management, procurement or related activities\nExperience working in ERP systems, preferably SAP.\nExperience with PPAP, NPI processes, supplier qualification, or quality assurance\nMore About Us\nWe believe great work thrives in an environment where people feel genuinely supported and fairly rewarded.
