Ensure the timely and complete delivery of Engineering Work Packages.\nBuild, recruit, and onboard a high-performing team, ensuring sustainable growth and capability development.\nDevelop and maintain a strong network with Engineering Managers across the relevant disciplines within the Global Centers of Competence in Sweden and Switzerland.\nResource Management: Ensure effective resource planning and workload allocation, balancing team capacity, project priorities, and business requirements.\nBudget Management: Support budget planning and forecasting for the assigned cost center.
