You work closely with engineering, commercial, project management, and supply chain teams to define technical solutions, scope, risks, and cost drivers.\nYou contribute to shaping complete system solutions and ensure that technical proposals meet customer requirements, internal standards, and contractual conditions - all under demanding timelines.\nThis role is based in Ludvika, Sweden.\nHow you’ll make an impact\nLead and coordinate technical work during the tender and proposal phases\nAnalyze and interpret customer specifications and technical requirements\nCollaborate with the engineering, supply chain and project management teams to develop cost-optimized HVDC-system solutions\nIdentify technical risks, constraints and opportunities and propose mitigation during the tender phase\nProvide accurate technical inputs to costing, planning assumptions and commercial offers\nPreparation of technical documentation for tenders and customer submissions\nParticipate in technical meetings with customers and internal stakeholders\nHandover of technical scope to project execution teams\nYour background\nClear communication and coordination skills\nExperience in engineering, project engineering or technical projects\nKnowledge of HVDC, power systems, or energy infrastructure is a plus\nA structured approach to technical and commercial complexity\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to balance technical-, cost-, schedule-, and risk factors\nTender, proposal, contract, or customer requirements experience is a plus\nProficient in English, both written and spoken.
