And that’s where you come in.\nJob Description:\nAt Hitachi Rail we are looking for a VoiceSystem Engineer for national and international projects. The main objective of this role is to design radio solutions for the railway sector.\nTasks to be performed:\nFormalise the specifications and the engineering plans used to develop the solution /product.\nAssemble the solution/product elements in a logical and controlled manner to evaluate the design, behaviour, interactions and performance, and to confirm that the requirements against which the solution/product has been designed are fulfilled.\nDemonstrate that the solution/product satisfies the overall approved operational needs and that the product data package is ready for release to production, testing, installation and to operation and support.\nPlan and coordinate the subsystem development within the constraints provided by the agreed architecture and design in order to satisfy customer requirements and ensure global design consistency and company rules, processes and business objective.\nAct as the project-wide interface for technical matters in his/her domain. Ensure subsystem interfaces are defined, consistent, and complete.\nManage Technical Requirements within his/her domain.\nProvide technical expertise to Design Reviews with internal teams (operational, maintenance, etc) and costumers.\nPerform IVVQ activities, including system configuration, system verification and validation, and FAT tests.\nSupport onsite installation.\nRequirements for the role\nEducation & Qualifications: Telecom Engineer grade.\nPrevious experience (2 - 3 years) in Telephony System design.\nKnowledge and practice in Telephony Systems.\nExperience in Voice Recording System design.\nKnowledge of WAN/LAN networks (preferable).\nExperience in working with VM’s and AD’s. (preferable)\nExperience in a Telephony System T&C activities (Testing, Implementing and Costumer Acceptance) (preferable)\nKnowledge of Alcatel-Lucent Telephony Systems (advantage).\nHigh competency in Microsoft Office tools.\nFluent in Portuguese, English\nAvailability to travel.\nThank you for your interest in Hitachi Rail.
