for real-time operation. \nDevelop high-performance C++ cores to managed runtime services (.NET, RUST) with minimal latency overhead. \nImplement performance optimization and scalability: profile threading behavior, minimizing lock contention, reducing memory allocations in critical paths, and ensure predictable latency at scale. \nPractical usage of modern programming practices and techniques based on the latest C++ standard. \nMaintain high code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to SOLID, KISS, DRY and industry best practices. \nParticipate in system design, best practices and maintaining code quality in performance-critical sections. \nParticipate in technical architecture reviews, design documentation, and roadmaps for feature development, refactoring initiatives, and legacy code modernization. \nCollaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to transform requirements into clear architectural designs. \nSupport strategic objectives.\nWymagania\nYour Background:\n\nUniversity degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.\n8+ years of experience in senior technical roles.\nAdvanced proficiency in modern C++ (C++17/20) with deep understanding of RAII, smart pointers, STL, concurrency, and memory management.\nPractical knowledge of C# development in plus.\nStrong experience with multithreading, synchronization primitives, asynchronous I/O and real-time system design.\nProficiency with building systems (CMake, Visual Studio) and cross-platform development for Windows and Linux.\nExperience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture patterns.\nDemonstrated experience with performance profiling, optimization, and low-latency systems.\nUnderstanding of software architecture principles and secure, scalable system design.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.\nGood understanding of unit and integration testing techniques and testing frameworks.\nKnowledge of non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security).\nPractical experience developing systems for power grid management and monitoring having familiarity with WAMS/WAMPAC, PMU data, and protection and control applications.\nUnderstanding of power grid operations and applicable standards.\nExperience with industrial automation systems (SCADA, IED, RTU) in plus.\nExperience with industrial protocols and standards (IEC 61850, IEC-60870-5-104, DNP3, OPC UA, IEEE C37.118) in plus.\nPractical experience working directly with power grid industry clients and exposure to system integration, simulators, or lab environments.\nProven ability to translate customer requirements into clear technical designs.\nSolid understanding of numerical methods, signal processing, and control fundamentals and ability to work with high‑frequency, time‑aligned time‑series data\nGood understanding of power system dynamics and the stability challenges introduced by high penetration of renewables\nEffective team player with strong communication skills and willingness to
