You will own planning, prioritization and risk management, coach your team, and drive continuous improvement of our development processes.\nYour Role:\nProject management\nCollaborate with Producers to align development focus and ensure on-time delivery;\nOwn the delivery plan and manage project risks;\nPrioritize team tasks, balancing business goals, team needs and technical vision.\nPeople managementLead hiring and onboarding of new team members;\nSet ambitious goals for the team, track progress and measure results;\nRun performance management and performance improvement processes;\nCoach and develop team members, fostering their autonomy and professional growth;\nDrive team building and motivation;\nRemove impediments: help the team resolve risks, bottlenecks and conflicts.\nProcessesLead continuous improvement of processes and engineering practices at group and company level;\nDefine and adapt the development process across multiple projects and technologies in a dynamic environment;\nPromote best-practice and knowledge sharing through meetings, newsletters and internal programs;\nAs part of the department management team, build effective cross-department collaboration;\n What makes you a perfect fit?5+ years of relevant experience in the gamedev field;\nExperience building and managing development teams of 50+ people;\nProven experience in delivery planning, prioritization and risk management;\nExperience working closely with Producers or Product Managers;\nHands-on experience in hiring, onboarding and performance management;\nStrong coaching and mentoring skills, with a track record of growing people;\nExperience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies;\nWorking with task tracking systems: (e.g. ClickUp);\nExperience building and improving production processes across multiple projects and technologies;\nResult-driven, with the ability to set goals and measure outcomes;\nStrong leadership and communication skills, comfortable operating at the intersection of technology and creativity;\nConflict management and resolution skills;\nAbility to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment with changing priorities;Attention to detail and systems-level thinking;\n\nA deep passion for games.\nWhat we offer:20 working days of fully paid vacation to recharge;\nEnjoy 12 extra paid days off per year.
