Our TOP project isSolitaire Associations.\nCurrently, we are in search of a talentedLevel Designer to drive our new products.\nYour Role:\nDesign and build levels for mobile games from initial concept to final in-engine implementation;\nMonitor and interpret level performance metrics;\nTune difficulty curves to maintain engagement across player skill segments, balancing challenge with accessibility;\nRun and participate in playtests; collect, structure, and act on feedback from both internal sessions and real players;\nParticipate in A/B tests on level content and mechanics, analyse results and apply learnings to future designs;\nMaintain up-to-date level design documentation, style guides, and design rationale for the team;\nPropose and prototype new challenge types, obstacles, and interactive elements that fit within the game's genre and monetization mode.\nWhat makes you a perfect fit?Relevant work experience in similar positions for at least 3 years in the game development industry;\nSolid understanding of game flow, difficulty progression, and player retention principles;\nAbility to read analytics dashboards, draw actionable conclusions, and translate them into design changes;\nSystems thinking: the ability to see a level as an interconnected set of mechanics, pacing beats, and player goals;\nA portfolio containing shipped levels, paper designs, or documented design rationale - required for consideration;\nStrong communication skills and comfort working in cross-functional teams with short iteration cycles.\nWhat we offer:\n20 working days of fully paid vacation to recharge;\nEnjoy 12 extra paid days off per year.
