5年以上数据库相关经验，其中2年以上数据库架构设计/选型经验； \n\n - 主导过2个以上大型数据库项目（如企业级交易系统、分析系统的数据库架构设计与运维）； \n\n - 熟悉企业级数据库系统（如Oracle、MySQL、OceanBase、TiDB）的架构与运维优先； \n\n3. 技能： \n\n - 精通数据库架构设计与选型：能根据业务场景（交易/分析/实时）选择合适的数据库，有POC测试经验； \n\n -
