This includes, but is not limited to,organizing project documentation, preparing meeting packages and pricing packages, information distribution with subs and project team members, and operation and maintenance manuals.\nResponsibilities\nThe Construction Assistant reports directly to the Project Manager.\n\nRequired to communicate daily with the Project Management staff, subcontractors, vendorsand clients.\n\nEnsure effective communication, consistent quality of work products, and timelydelivery of documentation is required.\n\nCommunication must be clear, concise, and professional with style tailored appropriately to the audience.\n\nQualifications\nFour-year degree from an accredited university is preferred.\n\nPrior experience with a professional organization with a proven track recordof accountability, professionalism, and organization skills is preferred.\n\nSelf-motivated and proactive - takes initiative and seeks responsibility.\n\nExperience with word, excel and other Microsoft based software.\n\nSoftware proficiency- able to adapt to and learn how to use sector, projectand specific software systems.\n\nIntegrity - behaves consistently with the HITT Way in all matters.\n\nSelf-development - seeks continuous improvement of knowledge and abilities.\n\nTeamwork and Collaboration - is able towork collaboratively with people of various backgrounds and styles.\n\nCustomer service oriented, committed to going beyond the “normal” call of duty.\n\nAbility to recognize the HITT Way and implement HITT philosophy.\n\nHITT Contracting is an equal opportunity employer.
