No matter your background, education, or career path, if you share our vision to create extraordinary experiences, you belong at HITT.\nSenior Manager, ERP ProductJob Description:\nHITT is seeking a Senior Manager, Oracle ERP Product to lead the team that builds, configures, and continuously improves HITT’s Oracle Cloud ERP platform.\nThis is a hands-on leadership role for a product-minded builder: someone who is happiest close to the work-shaping backlogs, pressure-testing configurations, clearing blockers-and ship. The Oracle ERP footprint (Financials, Procurement, Project Portfolio Management, Enterprise Performance Management, Human Capital Management, and related integrations) will evolve over time; the mandate will not: deliver ERP capability that elevates the business of building.\nReporting to the Director of Product, this leader owns the Oracle ERP product roadmap for their area end to end: partnering with the business to find the highest-value problems, translating them into clear product bets, sequencing the backlog, and driving delivery through rapid, iterative cycles.\nBecause HITT builds software for builders, everything this role ships must earn adoption in high-velocity, decentralized field environments-on jobsites, in trailers, and in offices-by users of many backgrounds. The specific Oracle modules and features will evolve as HITT’s business and technology evolve; the leader’s charge is durable: keep the pod pointed at what matters most, keep it shipping, and keep raising the standard for what the ERP platform can do.\nResponsibilities\nProduct Strategy & Roadmap\nOwn the Oracle ERP product roadmap for the assigned functional area(s)-e.g., Financials, Procurement, AP, PPM, EPM, or HCM-prioritizing initiatives by business value, adoption potential, and strategic fit\n\nLead product discovery with Finance, Procurement, Project Controls, and operations & field partners to identify the highest-value problems worth solving within the ERP platform\n\nTranslate business problems into clear product requirements, success metrics, and well-sequenced releases, and revisit them as conditions change\n\nRecommend consolidation, retirement, or reinvestment of ERP configurations and customizations as the platform matures\n\nERP Pod Delivery\nDirectly manage HITT’s Oracle ERP agentic pod, including pod composition, cadence, and delivery commitments\n\nRun the delivery system hands-on: shape backlogs, facilitate planning and reviews, clear blockers, and sustain a fast, healthy shipping rhythm built on small batches and rapid iteration\n\nWork in the product daily-writingand refining requirements, testing configurations, reviewing releases, and making scope and tradeoff calls in real time\n\nBalance speed with quality, security, and reliability so that everything the pod ships to the ERP platform can be trusted in the field\n\nBusiness Partnership & Adoption\nBuild ongoing relationships with Finance, Procurement, Project Controls, HR, andoperations,field,and business leaders, spending time where the work happens to understand problems firsthand\n\nOwn adoption as a product outcome: plan releases, enable users, gather feedback, and iterate until the ERP platform is genuinely used\n\nEstablish feedback loops and usage analytics that connect what the pod builds to measurable operational and financial results\n\nCommunicate roadmap, progress, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders at every level, from field crews to functional and executive leadership\n\nTalent & Practice Development\nCoach pod members in moderncloud, software andproduct craft-discovery, experimentation, analytics, and AI-enabled ways of working\n\nContribute to the standards, playbooks, and operating rituals of the agentic engineering practice as it scales\n\nModel a culture of experimentation and fast, responsible iteration\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting/Finance, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.\n\n8+ years in software product management, product delivery, or ERP functional/technical leadership\n\n4+ years hands-on Oracle Cloud ERP across at least two modules (e.g., Financials, Procurement, PPM, EPM, HCM)\n\n3+ years directly managing a team shipping production software or ERP releases\n\nHands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) implementation, configuration, or ongoing product ownership across one or more of: Financials, Procurement/AP, Project Portfolio Management, Enterprise Performance Management, or Human Capital Management.\n\nProven track record delivering ERP or software products end to end-from discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration-in lean, agile teams.\n\nEqually comfortable managing the team and working in the product, with sound instincts for when to do each.\n\nFluency in defining success metrics, instrumenting products, and making evidence-based roadmap and tradeoff decisions.\n\nStrong range to work credibly with functional leaders, corporate functions, and frontline field users.\n\nStrong written and verbal skills, including the ability to make priorities and tradeoffs clear to any audience.\n\nExperience delivering software or ERP capability for field-based / project-based or operational users, or in construction, engineering, or manufacturing environments.\n\nIn accordance with Virginia Senate Bill 215 (SB 215), the base salary range for this position is:\n$120,000.00 - $175,000.00\nCompensation in other cities and states may vary.
