Master's degree in a quantitative field preferred\n\n- Experience: 4 - 6 years as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytics role, including at least 1 - 2 years mentoring junior analysts or leading analysis workstreams on cross-functional projects\n\n- Technical skills: advanced SQL (Presto / Hive, query optimization); Python (Pandas, SciPy / Statsmodels for statistical analysis); advanced BI-tool usage (e.g., calculated fields and LOD expressions in Tableau, custom Looker explores, DAX in Power BI)\n\n- Domain / statistics: solid grounding in experimentation design, causal inference concepts (e.g., panel data, propensity score matching) and predictive / ML modeling fundamentals;
