As one of the pioneering members of the team, you will work closely with the other functions in continuously delivering user experience improvements and introducing best-in-class strategies and processes that will help Hive Health provide an unparalleled healthcare experience for Filipinos.\nThe role includes a competitive base salary and performance-based commission structure.\nResponsibilities\nAs a Senior Sales Executive, your areas of responsibilities include:\nManage and optimize full sales cycle of lead generation, pitching, negotiating and closing SME accounts\n\nForge and manage relationships with strategic partners to reach more SMEs\n\nDevelop deep understanding of Hive’s product, as well as other health plans and processes in the market\n\nPerform regular industry and competitor analysis to make sure Hive continues to provide unparalleled offerings\n\nSolicit and incorporate customer feedback into product development\n\nAssist in brand-building initiatives and networking activities\n\nSupport and coordinate closely with other functions to deliver an extraordinary user experience\n\nQualifications\n2-5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or related fields\n\nCreative, strategic, and proactive in problem solving and identifying opportunities\n\nAbility to effectively use data and perform business analysis to support key business decisions\n\nJoin our team as we revolutionalize healthcare in the Philippines-and beyond!\nDay 1 benefits for full-time employees - because we practice what we preach!
