(Junior) Account Manager - Germany (f/m/d) | C2 German Required

OTE: €43,000 - €73,000 depending on level (70/30 base/variable split)

The position

• Consult our customers on their growth journey, jointly discover optimization levers, or prepare new product launches and market entries while owning the relationship with your own customer base end-to-end.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with your customer base by serving as the connecting element between our customers and the Hive team; identify all relevant stakeholders & be in constant exchange with all decision makers.

• Collect and analyze customer feedback closely with our product team to ensure we develop the best, most customer-centric software product in the market and thereby enable our customers to reach their goals.

• Onboard new customers into the Hive software and processes together with our Onboarding team and make the first experience with Hive one of the best that customers will not forget.

• Join our pan-European account management team, and help deepen our customer relationships with some of the fastest growing direct-to-consumer brands across Europe.

• Own the operational health of your merchants by proactively coordinating between the merchant and our internal Operations, Support, and Fulfillment teams, turning operational challenges into a reason merchants trust and stay with Hive.

Your profile

• 1-4 years experience in B2B Account Management, Sales or Business Development

• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a hunger for personal development and a passion for building lasting relationships

• Strong analytical as well as empathetic abilities to leverage in your communication towards customers

• You love the responsibility of being theface of Hive towards our customers and the point of intersection between internal and external stakeholders

• Fluent in writing and speaking in both German and English (C2)

• You have worked in a Start-Up, Software or SaaS company before; logistics experience is a plus
