Come and help us build it.\nThe Role\nAs Deployment Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of customer deployments in the United States, from delivery kickoff through commissioning, validation, go-live and operational handover.\nYou will coordinate customers, engineering teams, operators, equipment, logistics, site readiness and technical dependencies into one executable plan. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role with significant time spent at industrial sites.\nAs one of Hive's first deployment managers in the US, you will also help define how we deploy at scale across the country.\nWhat You Will Do\nOwn Customer Deployments End-to-End\nOwn US customer projects from delivery kickoff through successful operational handover.\n\nBuild and maintain the integrated deployment plan across people, machines, hardware, software, logistics, site readiness, safety and customer dependencies.\n\nEstablish clear milestones, owners, dependencies and acceptance criteria.\n\nDrive execution and escalate risks before they become delivery problems.\n\nEnsure deployments are delivered safely, on time and to the expected quality.\n\nLead Site Readiness and Deployment\nWork directly with customers to prepare sites for deployment and go-live.\n\nCoordinate infrastructure, connectivity, machines, operating areas, safety requirements and operational procedures.\n\nLead on-site deployment activities together with Hive Engineering and Operations.\n\nCoordinate installation, commissioning, testing, validation and acceptance activities.\n\nBe the Customer's Delivery Owner\nAct as the primary delivery counterpart for the customer.\n\nMaintain clear communication on progress, risks, decisions and dependencies.\n\nCoordinate customer stakeholders across operations, engineering, IT, HSE and management.\n\nBuild trust through strong execution, ownership and transparency.\n\nCoordinate Cross-Functional Execution\nWork closely with Engineering, Product, QA and Operations.\n\nTranslate customer and site requirements into clear internal actions.\n\nCoordinate technical resources during deployment and drive issues to resolution.\n\nBalance customer urgency with safety, quality and technical readiness.\n\nBuild the US Deployment Playbook\nDevelop repeatable deployment processes, templates and checklists.\n\nCapture lessons learned and continuously improve how Hive deploys.\n\nHelp define the local capabilities, suppliers, facilities and resources required as the US business scales.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nEssential\nStrong experience delivering complex projects in industrial, field or customer environments.\n\nProven end-to-end ownership of deployments, implementations, commissioning or operational projects.\n\nExcellent planning, coordination and execution skills.\n\nComfortable coordinating technical teams and non-technical customer stakeholders.\n\nStrong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management.\n\nHands-on mentality and ability to operate effectively when priorities change quickly.\n\nStrong safety mindset.\n\nWillingness to travel extensively across the US.\n\nProfessional fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States.\n\nStrongly preferred\nExperience from industrial automation, robotics, autonomous systems, heavy equipment, material handling, warehousing, logistics, mining, construction, manufacturing, field engineering or field service.\n\nExperience working directly with industrial equipment or operational technology.\n\nWhat success looks like\nHive's first US customer deployments are delivered safely and successfully.\n\nCustomers have clear ownership and confidence in Hive's execution.\n\nDeployment risks and dependencies are identified early and actively managed.\n\nOperations receives a stable, documented and operationally ready service at handover.\n\nHive develops a repeatable US deployment methodology that improves with every customer.\n\nWhy Join Hive?\nJoin Hive at a pivotal stage as we expand into the US and build a new category in Physical AI.
