We strive to do more with less, be more efficient and make the most of what we have.\n\nRole Overview\nWe’re looking for a Central Operations Coordinator to join our Delivery Quality & Integrity team.\nThis is a high-volume operational role focused on two core areas:\nClaims for reimbursement: reviewing delivery evidence and deciding whether a shipper should be reimbursed, including where financial responsibility should sit.\n\nCustomer contacts: reviewing cases where a recipient has contacted the shipper about their delivery, understanding what happened, and categorising the cause accurately.\n\nThe work is detailed, repetitive and fast-moving. You’ll need to make a large number of accurate decisions every day while keeping quality consistently high.\nThis role is best suited to someone who likes having a clear workload in front of them, getting their head down and working through it properly.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nReviewing parcel journeys, delivery evidence and operational data.\n\nApproving or rejecting claims against clear policies and rules.\n\nDetermining reimbursement and liability where applicable.\n\nReviewing and categorising customer contacts.\n\nRecording clear, accurate outcomes in our systems.\n\nManaging a high volume of cases without sacrificing quality.\n\nEscalating genuinely unclear or unusual cases.\n\nSpotting opportunities to improve how the work is done.\n\nYou’ll likely be a strong fit if you:\nHave excellent attention to detail.\n\nWork hard and stay focused when the workload is large.\n\nAre comfortable with repetitive work and high case volumes.\n\nCan make consistent decisions using evidence and clear rules.\n\nLearn quickly and respond well to feedback.\n\nTake ownership of your work and care about getting things right.\n\nAre comfortable working independently for significant parts of the day.\n\nNaturally look for ways to become faster and better without cutting corners.\n\nPrevious experience in customer support, claims, logistics, e-commerce or another
