We’re passionate about driving innovation and redefining the future of delivery.\nRole Overview\nAs a Network Operations Coordinator, you are at the heart of our middle mile - staying on top of every detail to accurately track parcel movements across the network. With high standards and a sharp eye for detail, you will handle daily routing, carriers, and exceptions to ensure everything runs seamlessly and stays on schedule.\nThis is an on-site role embedded in the day-to-day operations. The shifts for this role are a 4 days on, 3 days off shift pattern which will require you to work one day on the weekend. Our Ops Run team is organised into roles of different levels: this is a level 2 role reporting into the Network Operations Manager.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nExecute daily middle-mile transportation tasks (routing, tracking, carrier coordination, exception handling) accurately and on time\n\nEnsure all parcels are collected, documented, and handed over correctly at each stage of the middle-mile journey\n\nEscalate operational issues promptly and provide clear, factual updates to Supervisors\n\nBe first point of call for on the road issues for our collection drivers, and proactively work with them to resolve issues.\n\nWork with our partners at third party warehouses or operators to ensure clear bidirectional information flows\n\nMaintain accurate system updates and ensure data integrity for every movement\n\nSupport peak periods by flexibly working extended hours or different shifts when required\n\nAdhere strictly to safety, compliance, and carrier performance standards\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nStrong willingness to learn and a proactive attitude toward personal development\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment\n\nExcellent written and spoken English for clear communication with carriers, sites, and internal teams\n\nGood attention to detail and a disciplined approach to following processes, ability to identify risks and escalate as needed\n\nReliable team player who contributes positively to shift morale\n\nBasic proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and operational systems\n\nMinimum 1 year experience in logistics, transport, or warehousing (preferred but not essential)\n\nHow we reward our team\nCompetitive market-related salary.
