These complex systems control and learn patterns about map data all over the world and enable us to to continuously evolve map data intelligence, semantic extraction, QA at scale. For example, we’ve recently been using the system to learn hyperlocalized road network patterns to automatically QA and correct noise from map conflation.\nWe strongly believe in engineering design principles around abstraction and programmability that allow us to move quickly with minimal manual interventions. ensure our systems are adaptable to emerging opportunities\nHelp plan technical roadmaps and contribute to higher level technical strategy \nRequirements\nExperience building production critical systems used by >=10s of thousands of users \nDeep backend experience with large scale data platforms, DBs, ETL, distributed systems, etc. \nStrong analytical skills in a relevant field like ML, math, statistics, quantitative economics, etc. \nTrack record of leading and mentoring teams in successful projects \nNice to Have\nExperience generating, augmenting, and managing large amounts of ML training data \nExperience integrating or training/fine-tuning ML CV vision models, VLLM models, etc. \nFamiliarity with geospatial data, HD mapping, sensors fusion, ADAS or AV, etc. \nExperience
