Day-to-day, you will have the opportunity to support a broad range of legal work, including contract drafting and negotiation, deal execution, regulatory filings, legal research, fund formation and maintenance and various special projects.\nYou will work within a team of accomplished and supportive attorneys to find novel solutions to complex legal and regulatory challenges. No one day will look exactly the same as the next.\nThis role is perfect for those that thrive in a dynamic startup environment, are energized by new challenges, and want to broaden their experience through highly varied work.\nWhat you'll do:\nProvide substantive support for transactions and deals (including fund launches and venture investments)\nDraft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including investor related agreements, vendor agreements and NDAs\nProvide legal advice on general corporate matters, governance and regulatory matters affecting the business and its initiatives\nSupport business teams on operational, commercial, and strategic initiatives from a legal perspective\nManage and mitigate legal risk in day-to-day business operations\nLiaise with external counsel on specialized legal matters\nMaintain corporate records and ensure compliance with statutory obligations and filings\nParticipate in knowledge sharing -
