You will help advance the capabilities of our AI discovery engine, develop agentic systems, and apply our technology to challenging problems.\nYou will:\nResearch and implement techniques to improve the reasoning, planning, and problem-solving capabilities of AI agents, including post-training approaches.\n\nDesign and build agentic systems that collaborate to solve complex optimisation problems.\n\nDevelop evaluation frameworks and run experiments to improve system capabilities and efficiency.\n\nBuild prototypes, tools, and integrations to apply our technology to real-world challenges.\n\nCollaborate closely with researchers, engineers, and external partners to turn promising ideas into practical solutions.\n\nQualifications\nStrong programming skills in Python, with experience building complex software systems.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid foundation in algorithms and software engineering.\n\nFamiliarity with machine learning concepts, language models, and modern AI frameworks.\n\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines.\n\nWhat sets you apart\nExperience with LLM post-training, reinforcement learning, or fine-tuning.\n\nExperience with agentic systems, planning, or reasoning frameworks.\n\nBackground in algorithms, mathematical optimisation, or machine learning.\n\nExperience with GPU programming, distributed systems, or performance optimisation.\n\nExperience deploying AI systems or building production software.\n\nContributions to open-source
