Our products support branded business calling, trusted caller identity, call performance insights, customer engagement, and voice security capabilities.\nABOUT THE ROLE\nHiya Hub is the platform that connects Hiya's products to carriers and partners around the world, and it's growing fast. As we add more carriers, we need to grow the team that builds, runs, and supports it, so we can expand distribution globally without slowing down.\nYou'll join a small team that owns Hiya Hub end to end, and you'll take on a share of the ongoing project work and the day-to-day questions about how our systems behave. You'll own the full lifecycle of the services you work on, from planning to production. You'll also act as a bridge between engineering, the business, and the carriers and partners who distribute our phone applications.\nThis is an AI-native team. Part of the job is knowing where AI tools create leverage and using them to move faster, document better, and build tooling that makes the whole organization more self-sufficient.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nOwn the complete software development lifecycle: plan and break down large pieces of work, then implement, test, deploy, and monitor\n\nRun your applications in production, including responding to alerts and creating new ones where we have gaps\n\nOwn KPIs, metrics, and dashboards so we always know how our services and partner integrations are performing\n\nSupport the onboarding of new carriers and partners, and answer questions about how our systems work\n\nCommunicate clearly between internal teams and external partners about phone application distribution\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\nFamiliarity with HTTP and networking fundamentals\n\nWorking knowledge of Docker\n\n2-3 years of professional work experience\n\nStrong communication skills: You can translate between technical and business perspectives and between Hiya and external partners\n\nA collaborative approach: You enjoy working across teams and bringing people along\n\nStrong proficiency with AI tools: You use them actively in your daily work and know where they help and where they don't\n\nYOU'LL LIKELY STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE\nExperience with AWS or another cloud platform\n\nKnowledge of Kubernetes\n\nFamiliarity with Prometheus or similar monitoring and observability tools\n\nDevOps or SRE experience\n\nHOW WE WORK\nHiya is not a passive environment.
