Experience in postgraduate or research-degree programme administration would be highly desirable;\nDemonstrated ability to manage complex programme administration and multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines;\nExperience in marketing, promotion and the planning or production of digital and social-media content;\nFamiliarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, Xiaohongshu and Weibo. Experience in website content management, basic visual design, or digital performance analysis would be an advantage;\nExcellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin, with strong writing, editing and presentation skills;\nA proactive, service-oriented and problem-solving mindset, with initiative, ownership and close attention to detail;\nStrong interpersonal, communication, organisational and coordination skills, together with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team; and\nHigh computer literacy and competence in maintaining administrative records and databases.\nShortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written assessment.\nThe initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of up to two years.
