Our commitment to the long-term development of our business and our markets is articulated in our purpose: \"To Connect, Promote and Progress ourMarkets and the Communities they support for the prosperity of all.\"\nJob Summary:\nSupports daily operations and projects within the Cash Trading business, collaborates cross-functionally, and contributes to the development and optimization of the Hong Kong market structure through participation in various market feasibility studies.Job Duties:\nResponsibilities\nAssist in the execution and implementation of HKEX’s strategic projects, including but not limited to the Hong Kong market structure and Stock Connect related projects\nWork closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of project initiatives which affect cash trading, on areas including but not limited to impact assessment, system changes requirements and testing of these relevant changes\nParticipate in various market and policy research relating to market development for the execution of strategic projects\nAssist in the preparation of write-ups, management papers, reports, proposals and presentation materials (both in English and Chinese)\nPerform other duties as delegated and assigned by management\nRequirements\nUniversity degree holder preferably in finance, economics or other business-related subjects\nAt least 1-year relevant work experience, experience in banking or financial industry would be an advantage\nA self-starter, team player and good communicator with sound judgment and good problem-solving skills.\nStrong technical skills and understanding in Hong Kong cash market and Stock Connect a definite advantage\nStrong business sense with ability to multitask across priorities and deadlines\nProficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) with excellent communications skill and proactive attitude\nHKEX is committed as an Equal Opportunity Employer.
