This role is an end-to-end engineering role which includes solution design, implementation, deployment, and support in a regulated corporate (Prod) environment.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters across on-prem environments.\nDevelop and maintain Python scripts and automation tools for infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and deployment.\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Ansible, Artifactory, Bitbucket, Bamboo, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD.\nImplement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, Helm, or similar tools.\nMonitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across the stack.\nCollaborate with development teams to ensure smooth application delivery and operations.\nEnsure security, compliance, and best practices are followed in infrastructure and deployment processes.\nLead incident analysis and root cause investigations for data-related issues, implementing improvements to enhance system stability and performance.\nAct as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication of project status, risks, and requirements.\nEnsure all technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.\nParticipate in on-call rotations and incident response.\nAcademic and Professional Qualifications Required:\nRequired: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a closely related field.\nAdvantageous: Certifications or substantial hands-on experience with modern Development pipeline tools\nDesirable: Familiarity with financial services regulatory frameworks and best practices for data governance\nRequired Knowledge and Level of Experience:\nExperience: Minimum 8 years expertise in software development workflows, infrastructure automation, and developer experience.\nProgramming Skills : proficient in scripting like Python bash and PowerShell\nSkills set and Core Competencies Required for Role:\nStrong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (self-managed).\nProficiency in Python for scripting and automation.\nSolid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\nExperience with Terraform, Helm, or other IaC tools.\nExperienced with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).\nExperience with containerization (Docker) and container orchestration.\nStrong
