Key responsibilities include:\nOwn and lead the design, build,maintenanceand support of the Private Cloud Kubernetes platform, ensuring it meets availability, security,scalabilityand operational requirements.\n\nDefine and implement platform engineering standards, patterns and guardrails for Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, automation,observabilityand secrets management.\n\nLead complex integration of the Kubernetes platform with on-premises infrastructure, management tooling, CI/CD pipelines, securitycontrolsand low-latency exchange environments.\n\nDrive delivery of reusable core platform services consumed across the LME infrastructure, including development environments, secrets management, monitoring,loggingand deployment workflows.\n\nProvide hands-on technical leadership for production changes, incidentresponseand problem resolution, including out-of-hours support for the Private Cloud environment whenrequired.\n\nGuide application teams in designing, deploying and operating workloads on the Private Cloud platform, improving developer experience and production readiness.\n\nReview and approve technical designs, configuration and code changes for non-production and production environments, including critical low-latency exchange platforms.\n\nMaintain platform and application security across all developments, ensuringappropriate controls, hardening, vulnerability management and operational resilience are embedded by design.\n\nMentor engineers and provide technical direction to peers, helping raise engineering standards and knowledge across the team.\n\nRequired Knowledge and Level of Experience:\nDegree in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines, or equivalent professional experience.\n\nMinimum 10 years’ relevant experience in DevOps, platform engineering, infrastructureautomationor production infrastructure roles, including experience in enterprise or business-critical environments.\n\nMinimum 5 years’ hands-on experience deploying,managingand supporting Kubernetes clusters and container platforms, preferably including Red Hat OpenShift.\n\nStrong understanding of on-premises infrastructure.\n\nDeep practical experience with infrastructure as code,automationand configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible and Helm.\n\nBroad knowledge of application architecture and associated services, including DNS, load balancing, high availability, multi-site deployments, securitytoolingand observability.\n\nProven ability to lead complex technical delivery, assess conceptual alternatives, make sound engineering decisions, and influence stakeholders without relying solely on formal authority.\n\nExperience operating production platforms with disciplined change management, incident management, riskawarenessand strong documentation practices.\n\nCompany Introduction:\nITD SZ\n港交所科技（深圳）有限公司，是2016年12月28日于深圳市前海自贸区成立的外商独资企业。\n作为港交所的技术子公司，港交所科技（深圳）有限公司主要是为集团及其附属公司提供计算机软件、计算机硬件、信息系统、云存储、云计算、物联网和计算机网络的开发、技术服务、技术咨询、技术转让;
