We are a diverse team passionate about solving complex challenges, delivering meaningful impact, and creating value for customers, members, the Club and the wider community.\nThe Job\nEngage with business stakeholders, downstream application teams, and product owners to understand business objectives, analytical requirements, and data integration needs.\nTranslate business questions and system requirements into analytical approaches, data requirements, SQL queries, and data interface specifications.\nPerform data profiling and data discovery on large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.\nDesign, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualisation tools.\nDefine, validate, and document business KPIs, metrics, business rules, and source-to-target mappings.\nCollaborate with Data Engineers and system developers to align data contracts and interface requirements, including file/message formats, delivery frequency, throughput expectations, reconciliation, acknowledgements, and error handling.\nCommunicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nAbout you\n5+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, business intelligence, business analysis, or related disciplines.\nStrong SQL skills with experience querying and analysing large and complex datasets.\nProven ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights.\nStrong understanding of data models, business metrics, data lineage, and data quality principles.\nHands-on experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.\nExperience working with both business and technical stakeholders to define data requirements, data contracts, and cross-system data flows.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.\nExcellent business acumen and the ability to understand business processes, customer behaviour, and operational performance drivers.\nExperience in gaming, entertainment, loyalty, customer analytics, or related industries.\nExperience analysing customer behaviour, transaction patterns, customer segmentation, campaign effectiveness, and customer value metrics.\nKnowledge of cloud analytics platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nFamiliarity with PySpark, Python, Spark SQL, or automation frameworks.\nUnderstanding of modern analytics platforms and data governance practices.\nExperience with APIs, file-based interfaces, or event-driven integrations (e.g., Kafka, Solace).\nBachelor's degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.\nCertifications in Power BI, Tableau, or related analytics technologies.\nApply Now!\nWe offer competitive salary and benefits packages, a dynamic working environment and development opportunities.\nAdd horsepower to your career today.
