Its Charities Trust is one of the world’s leading charity donors.\nThe Division\nThe Corporate Strategy & Business Planning Office (CSBPO) focuses on supporting the CEO and BOM to define, implement and govern corporate strategy, and to uphold the Club’s integrated business model. This includes corporate strategy development, gaming revenue management, strategic-led Integrated Business Planning, Corporate KPI setting and tracking, governance and BOS engagement, as well as other special corporate projects with the CEO’s direct mandate.\nJob Summary\nThe job holder will play a key role in:\nSupporting the Club's Integrated Business Planning process through customer and product analytics, revenue forecasting and corporate outcome KPI management.\nDeveloping analytical models, forecasting methodologies, data workflows and business intelligence solutions to assess business and customer drivers, market conditions, competitive dynamics and the potential impact of business initiatives.\nDelivering data-driven insights, scenario analyses, revenue projections and management reporting to support business planning, business case evaluation, corporate performance management and senior management decision-making.\nCollaborating with stakeholders across business functions to strengthen data management, analytical capabilities and business intelligence development, while supporting strategic planning and business growth initiatives.\nThe job holder will also support additional projects or assignments based on the supervisor’s guidance and approval, in addition to the original duties and responsibilities specified above. All team members should demonstrate agility, collaboration, accountability and result orientation in support of the Club’s One Club One Team culture.\nThe Job\nDeliver revenue projections, including quantitative modelling, business framework and customer journey analysis to identify key drivers, provide forecast updates and develop scenarios for senior management submissions and ad hoc requests;\nDeliver cross-product business analytics and consolidate revenue projections as required;\nDevelop and refine analytical and modelling methodologies to strengthen business insight generation and improve annual revenue forecasts;\nDevelop and deliver regular and ad hoc analyses for business case evaluation, senior management requests, customer and product analysis, and performance tracking to support business growth;\nProject and monitor multi-year business outcome KPIs at corporate level;\nPrepare presentation materials to senior management to facilitate decision-making and support management submissions;\nDrive continuous improvement in data flow management, data quality and analytic tools and frameworks, forecasting methodologies, and business intelligence capabilities to support corporate level information and insight development;\nDevelop and enhance business intelligence solutions, dashboards, and management reports to facilitate the Club’s business planning, performance management and decision-making processes;\nCollaborate closely with other divisions to ensure that accurate business analytical data is available in a timely manner for analytics, forecasting, and performance management, and escalate data-related issues or disruptions to management as appropriate.\nAbout You\nBachelor's degree in business, finance, mathematics, actuarial, data science, statistics, or other related disciplines; advanced degree advantageous;\nMinimum of 5-7 years’ experience in business, customers or operational data analytics, data mining and/or related fields;\nStrong interest in data analysis with solid analytical capabilities and experience working with large datasets and complex data structures;\nDeep interest in analyzing data and strong analytics platform knowledge, experience in working with large data sets with complex entity-relationship structures;\nHands-on experience in data wrangling (SQL / SAS EG / Alteryx), visualization tools (MS Power BI / Tableau / SAS Visual Analytics), quantitative analytical and modelling techniques (SQL / SAS / R / Python / MS Azure / MS Excel), business intelligence reporting, and presentation design;\nExperience in applying AI tools and technologies to enhance research, analytics, workflow automation, and automated insight generation would be an advantage;\nStrong attention to detail, with sophisticated presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills;\nFluency in both English and Chinese;\nInterest in horse racing or football is a plus.\nApply Now!\nWe offer competitive salary and benefits packages, dynamic working environment and development opportunities.\nAdd horsepower to your career today.
