We are a diverse team passionate about solving complex challenges, delivering meaningful impact, and creating value for customers, members, the Club and the wider community.\nThe Job\nLead UX/UI activities for digital products by planning research, design and validation workstreams to deliver intuitive, accessible and engaging user experiences\nConduct user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability tests) and synthesise insights into personas, journeys and problem statements to guide design decisions\nTranslate business objectives and requirements into information architecture, user flows and wireframes that align with product outcomes and technical constraints\nCreate and iterate prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs, using feedback and data to refine usability and increase customer satisfaction\nDefine and maintain design systems, standards and specifications to ensure consistency across channels and efficient collaboration with development teams\nCoordinate with product, engineering and external vendors to clarify requirements, manage dependencies and ensure designs are implemented as intended\nPlan and support usability validation and UAT activities, documenting findings and recommended improvements to support release readiness\nMonitor digital experience metrics and customer feedback and propose enhancement opportunities to improve conversion, engagement and responsible use outcomes\nMentor junior designers and promote best practices in user-centred design, accessibility and responsible digital experience standards\nUndertake other ad hoc duties and tasks as assigned to support service continuity, project delivery and changing business priorities\nAbout You\nBachelor's degree or above in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Multimedia Design, or related disciplines\nProject management skills, with PMP certification being highly preferred\nAt least 5-7 years of working experience in UXUI design field, consulting, digital solution, mobile app experience design and technology project management\nSolid experience in UX/UI design with a strong understanding of user-centred design principles\nExperience working within an agile team on digital product implementation; relevant Product Owner or Manager certification is an advantage\nExperience in managing digital application development projects is preferred\nApply Now!\nWe offer competitive salary and benefits packages, a dynamic working environment and development opportunities.\nAdd horsepower to your career today.
