If you value creativity, collaboration, innovation, and love a challenge, this opportunity is for you.\nThe Job\nAgile Delivery ManagementLead Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) across multiple Scrum teams to ensure consistent and efficient delivery\nFoster alignment with the Club’s Agility Framework and Agile Centre of Excellence, ensuring standard practices are followed\nMonitor and track delivery progress using Agile dashboards and metrics, proactively identifying and resolving impediments\nDrive delivery predictability and transparency\n\nCross-Squad Delivery OversightSupport DEM to lead cross Scrum teams, ensuring dependencies are managed and delivery is aligned with program milestones and business priorities\nIdentify and proactively resolve inter-team risks, bottlenecks and conflicts\nCollaborate with stakeholders, including Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Project Managers, to ensure requirements are clear, prioritised, and delivered\n\nTeam Leadership and CoachingMentor and guide Scrum Masters to adopt best practices and continuously improve Agile delivery processes\nActively promote a culture of collaboration, self-organisation, and continuous improvement within teams\n\nStakeholder EngagementPartner with Product team, Tech team, IT BAU, program leaders and other key stakeholders to align delivery efforts with strategic objectives\nAct as immediate escalation point for delivery issues across squads, and report to DEM as appropriate\nProvide regular updates on delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior management\n\nAgile Metrics and ReportingDefine and govern delivery dashboards and reporting standards, including maintaining key Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts, cycle time) to provide transparency on delivery progress and performance\nUse data-driven insights to recommend improvements in Agile delivery practices\n\nResponsible GamblingEnsure compliance with Responsible Gambling Policy (RGP) and all stipulated legal requirements pertaining to wagering, thereby protecting the integrity of the Club’s business\n\nOthersUndertake other duties as assigned by Line Manager\n\nAbout You\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field\nMinimum 10-12 years of experience in Agile delivery, with at least 5 years in a role similar to a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Release Train Engineer\nProven experience managing Agile teams in a scaled environment in a distributed setup\nProficient in Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence\nStrong understanding of scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) or similar\nFamiliarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product development lifecycle (PDLC)\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities\nAbility to foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture\nCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certifications (e.g., SAFe, Scrum@Scale, PMI-ACP) are a plus\nApply Now!\nWe offer competitive salary and benefits packages, a dynamic working environment and development opportunities.\nAdd horsepower to your career today.
