And, we are committed to safeguarding the Club by protecting it from external threats, providing a secure and resilient technological environment.\nThe Job\nSupport the existing Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform\nProactively avoid incidents by reviewing and acting on error messages from the CIAM platform and dependent services\nPrepare hotfixes and release documentation to rectify bugs and defects\nCoordinate with the System Assurance (Testing) team to ensure that adequate testing scope is performed for hotfix releases\nTriage and Troubleshooting of CIAM Platform Issues\nParticipate in the Support Duty Roster for 24x7 Support Coverage\nWork closely with Shenzhen development teams, System Assurance, Infrastructure and Operations teams to deliver high-quality systems\nAbout You\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline\nITIL certification or equivalent knowledge is preferred\nMinimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in software development, system integration, and support\nFamiliarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker and ArgoCD\nProgramming and development skills in Java (mandatory) and at least one of Perl, JavaScript or Groovy\nOperational fluency in creating SQL queries, LDAP search queries, and JSON file formatting\nWorking knowledge of modern identity protocols, authentication and authorisation standards, such as OAuth2, OIDC & PKCE\nApply Now!\nWe offer competitive salary and benefits packages, a dynamic working environment and development opportunities.\nAdd horsepower to your career today.
