Experiencia Profesional
Entre 3 y 4 años de experiencia en despacho nacional o internacional de primer nivel, especializado en operaciones de M&A y Private Equity.
Además, debe estar acostumbrado/a a trabajar con clientes y en asuntos internacionales y mostrar gran capacidad de coordinación y trabajo en equipo.
Descripción del puesto
Se integrará en el departamento de Corporate/M&A de la oficina de Madrid. Trabajará fundamentalmente en operaciones de compraventa de empresas, inversiones transfronterizas, reorganizaciones, joint ventures y alianzas estratégicas.
