You use your leadership, skills, and experience to inspire, drive impactful results and effectively make a positive difference in your sales market.\n\nAnd people who have… \nMinimum of 3 years of experience as an Area Manager or similar leadership role within retail\n\nYou have led in complex environments, demonstrating an outstanding ability to lead leaders and create efficient execution.\n\nSolid experience from working with retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, store layout, and customer experience to be able to optimize the physical sales channel\n\nA deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to manage sales and profit targets and to make informed decisions\n\nAbility to identify opportunities and risks in your local market.
