We work to ensure our products are of good quality and produced at the best price and in a sustainable way.\nThe role sits within the H&M Production organization and will work closely with the Business Tech Team, the central technology and data function responsible for building and enabling digital, analytics, and reporting capabilities across the business.\n WHAT YOU’LL DO\nAs a Data Analyst, you are responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that support business decisions and drive performance. You collect, analyse, and interpret complex datasets, develop reports and dashboards, and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Working closely with stakeholders across functions, you ensure data accuracy. Collect, clean, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources.\nUse Python or R for data analysis, data manipulation, and automation.\nWrite SQL queries to extract, filter, and manipulate data.\n Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.\nIdentify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs).\nPresent analytical findings and actionable insights to stakeholders.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions.\n WHO YOU ARE\nB tech or a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field with at least 4-6 years of work experience. \nMandatory: Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.\nStrong knowledge of SQL and database concepts.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nKnowledge of Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to interpret data and communicate insights effectively.\n WHO WE ARE\nH&M Group is a global company of strong fashion brands and ventures.
