While you will have formal leadership responsibility, you are also expected to remain an active contributor and role model within your field, helping shape both delivery and capability development across the area.\nYou’ll lead, coach and develop a team of analysts and specialists while continuing to take ownership of hands-on work within your field. Depending on your experience and the needs of the area, this may include analytical problem-solving, delivery within a product or programme, capability development, stakeholder engagement, improving ways of working or supporting strategic initiatives.\nYou will:\nLead, coach and develop a team of analysts and specialists\nCreate clarity around priorities, expectations and development opportunities\nRemain hands-on in your field of expertise and take ownership of relevant delivery, analytical work or strategic initiatives\nTranslate business needs and complex questions into clear analytical approaches, requirements and recommendations\nPartner with business and technology stakeholders to strengthen data-informed decision-making\nDrive adoption, stakeholder alignment and continuous improvement \nSupport recruitment and the continued development of analytical capabilities across the are\nWHO YOU ARE\nYou’re a collaborative leader and experienced analytics professional who enjoys combining people leadership with hands-on problem-solving. You thrive at the intersection of business, data and technology and can move comfortably between strategic discussions and operational delivery.\nWe believe you have:\nA bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience\nRelevant experience in analytics, insights, data, business development or a related field\nLeadership experience through people management or leading others through delivery and change\nExperience translating business needs into analytical solutions and recommendations\nUnderstanding of SQL and Power BI or similar visualisation tools.\nA strong understanding of data governance, data quality and scalable reporting practices.\nStrong stakeholder-management, communication and coaching skills\nExperience working cross-functionally across business and technology\nThe ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery\n This is a permanent, full-time position based in Stockholm.
