DC Controlling Manager WHAT YOU’LL DO As a DC Controlling Manager, you will be responsible for financial and operational controlling of the Distribution Centre, securing short and long-term targets. You will contribute through effective leadership as responsible for the local controlling function, as well as a member of the DC Management Team. You will: Lead the DC Controlling function and local team, setting targets and ensuring delivery of regional and global business objectives. Own and coordinate all local financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, month-end and year-end activities, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. Monitor and drive performance across key operational metrics, including service levels, sustainability, capacity, inventory, and shrinkage. Ensure accurate invoice control, cost allocation, and financial reporting in line with company policies and guidelines. Oversee workforce planning and resource utilisation to balance cost efficiency, flexibility, and operational performance.
