In this role, you balance operational excellence with sustainability, financial responsibility, and continuous improvement across the Sales Market portfolio.\nYou will:\nLead and coordinate facility management activities across the Sales Market portfolio, securing safe, compliant, and high-quality site operations.\nOwn and manage FM categories including technical installations, building maintenance, energy & utilities, cleaning, waste management, and shopfitting maintenance.\nDrive supplier sourcing, contract management, and service delivery follow-up to ensure strong quality, cost efficiency, and contractual compliance.\nMonitor portfolio condition, lifecycle performance, and investment needs to optimize asset value, operational reliability, and long-term cost efficiency.\nEnsure preventive and reactive maintenance activities are planned, executed, and followed up according to operational and business requirements.\nManage facility-related budgets, performance reporting, and asset data within global FM systems to support transparency and data-driven decision-making.\nDrive energy monitoring and efficiency initiatives aligned with global sustainability targets and operational performance goals.\nCollaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Construction & Facilities, Procurement, and Global FM stakeholders to align facility activities with evolving business needs and operational priorities.\nWHO YOU’LL WORK WITH\nYou will work closely with Sales Market Construction & Facilities teams, Lease Managers, Store Teams, Operations, Procurement, external FM providers, landlords, and Global FM stakeholders.
