ARKET entered China market in 2020 and has since grown rapidly.\n WHAT YOU DO\nAs Marketing Coordinator, you are working in one of the central functions of The Brands Marketing & Communication team.\nReporting to Omni Sales Manager, you will support the execution of ARKET’s marketing and communication activities in China, helping ensure that brand initiatives are delivered smoothly, consistently, and on time. Working closely with China Marketing team and internal and external partners, this role will have a particular focus on PR execution, campaign execution, and day-to-day marketing operations.\nRESPONSIBILITY & MAIN TASKS\nPR & Communications Execution\nSupport in executing ARKET’s PR and communication plans.\nCoordinate day-to-day communication with PR agencies, media, KOLs/KOCs, and other external partners.\nSupport product seeding, sample management, gifting, media requests, and editorial opportunities.\nAssist with PR events, media previews, store activations, and other brand events, including preparation, on-site execution, and follow-up.\nTrack PR exposure, media coverage, and relevant social content, and support regular reporting and performance recaps.\nEnsure all external communication and execution are aligned with ARKET’s brand identity and guidelines.\nCampaign & Marketing Execution\nSupport the local execution of global and local marketing campaigns across relevant consumer touchpoints.\nCoordinate campaign assets and materials with internal teams, stores, agencies, vendors, and other partners.\nAssist with activations, events, collaborations, content production, and other marketing initiatives as assigned.\nEnsure marketing activities are delivered according to agreed timelines and brand standards.\nSupport localization and adaptation of global marketing materials when required.\nMarketing Coordination & Administration\nSupport day-to-day marketing operations, including project timelines, purchase orders, invoices, contracts, sample logistics, and vendor coordination.\nMaintain organized documentation and tracking of ongoing marketing projects and deliverables.\nAssist with marketing performance reporting and post-campaign recaps.\nCoordinate across internal functions such as Sales, E-commerce, Retail, Merchandising, and global teams when needed.\nMonitor relevant fashion, lifestyle, social media, and cultural trends and share observations with the wider team.\nTake on other marketing execution tasks and projects assigned.\n QUALITIES/COMPETENCES\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, Business, or a related field.\n2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, PR, communications, digital, e-commerce, or a related area. Experience within fashion, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brands is preferred.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.\nDetail-oriented, proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.\nA strong entrepreneurial and creative spirit; A positive mindset that always sees possibilities, improvements and simple solutions.\nServe as a brand ambassador for The Brand.\nFluency in English & Mandarin (verbal and written).\n This is a full-time position with a contract of 40 hours a week.\nBenefits:\nWe're committed to supporting our employees with a range of attractive benefits and valuable development opportunities.
