You will ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time, in compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and take care payroll coordination implement internal procedsies in the countries, as well as in line with the company’s internal policies and payroll guidelines.\nYou will:\nSecure accurate, timely and compliant payroll execution in collaboration with external payroll provider.\nMonitor, update and run all processes regarding employee hires, exits and staff changes.\nMonitor employee time attendance system so that data is depicted correctly (working hours, absence, leave record, overtime etc.).\nDeliver trainings for payroll matters (e.g. time attendance, routines etc.) to key stakeholders.\nMaintain accurate payroll and employee files.\nSecure compliance with all external authorities relevant to payroll function and act as point of contact for authorities and internal customers.\nPrepare needed reports internally and/or externally.\nManage employee benefits from payroll side (e.g. employee staff discount plan & Incentive Program).\nManage projects directed by Payroll Manager and contribute to department goals achievement.\nWHO YOU’LL WORK WITH\nYou'll collaborate with members of the Payroll team working with Area, Finance, Store Management and Sales Market functions.
