You work confidently with cross-functional teams and partners, bringing experience in managing agencies and delivering customer-focused project results.\nSome of your responsibilities will include:\nCoordinate and align cross-functional teams, motivating members to achieve shared outcomes to ensure a seamless customer journey.\nLead and deliver assigned projects within Marketing, ensuring goals, deliverables, and timelines are met\nPlan, execute, and monitor projects effectively, setting clear objectives, timelines, managing budgets, and ensuring milestones are met\nManage projects such as store openings and closures, omni-channel communication initiatives, and global test implementations\nValidate briefs and project scopes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and expectations\nSet, monitor, and report on project KPIs to demonstrate impact on customer value and commercial results\nOversee project budgets, review invoices, and ensure financial accountability\nCollaborate with global CRM & Loyalty team to align local activities with global guidelines\nBe POC for Customer Service and Store teams to support with day-to-day operations and issues\nSource and manage external creative partners and agencies when required\nSecure executional support on local loyalty program and rewards (including managing external partners) together with Commercial team and with Owned Media Lead\nManage contracts and processes with agencies to ensure high-quality project delivery\nCoordinate with external vendors and internal partners to ensure seamless execution across customer-facing touchpoints\nWHO YOU ARE \nWe welcome applicants who have:\nExtensive experience or a degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields\nProven ability to manage multiple projects in both digital and traditional channels\nStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills\nAnalytical and results-driven, with experience using KPIs to track project impact\nProficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint),\nExperience in project management within marketing or communications\nExperience in managing agencies and creative talent\nWHO WE ARE\nH&M Group is a global company of strong fashion brands and ventures.
