You coordinate and administrate, managing the full flow of samples - from unpacking and registration to organization, preparation, and post-shoot handling. Working closely with teams across the Studio, you provide input to production planning, make sure each item is shot on time and in line with trend direction.\nKey responsibilities:\nUnpack, register, label and sort incoming products. \nStructure, maintain and clean out our wardrobes (re-organize, clear out garments/accessories etc). \nPlan and manage samples for productions across all content streams. \nPrepare samples ahead of shoots, ensuring everything is accurate and production ready. \nFind and order missing or urgent samples to keep productions on track. \nCreate detailed set lists in our system to guide shoot execution and styling. \nManage handling of samples after shoots, including returns, storage and documentation. \nCollaborate closely with Studio Production Managers, Stylists and the content stream teams to secure planning and workflow. \nWHO YOU ARE\nWe’re looking for someone who is highly structured and organised, able to manage several tasks at once and comfortable taking ownership of their work. You thrive in a high-paced environment, enjoy both independent and collaborative work and contribute to a positive, solutions-driven team culture. You take initiative, appreciate opportunities to improve ways of working and have a genuine interest in fashion, materials and production.\nWhat you need to succeed\n1-2 years experience within product management. \nComfortable working with planning tools, production systems, Excel or equivalent. \nExperience from a high-paced work environment. \nStrong, open-minded and flexible communication skills. \nPrevious work experience in store or with samples is meritorious.\nAnd as a person, you are\nStructured, organised and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. \nSelf-driven with a high level of responsibility. \nA team player who values good collaboration. \nInitiative-taking and development oriented. \nInterested in fashion, materials and production. \nWHO WE ARE\nH&M Group is a global company of strong fashion brands and ventures.
