We contribute to product development at every stage, from setting requirements to rollout and testing. From day one, we focus on improving by listening, building, and refining as we go. Even as we define requirements, we are already thinking ahead, using early designs, first developments, and new learnings to continuously make the product better.\nWe are curious, active listeners and hands-on doers.\nBeyond your work with Store Lens, you will also be part of our Engineering/QA community, where you will have access to a network of experts, resources, and opportunities to grow.\nWHO YOU ARE\nWe are looking for people with…\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience), and at least 5-8 years of experience as a Software Engineer with backend focus, including demonstrated experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, or acting as a technical lead on a team.\n\nProficiency in C# and .NET.\n\nProficiency in Azure concepts and native development using Azure functions.\n\nExperience in concept as Always up and message queuing.\n\nExperience of CI/ CD pipelines using Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions.\n\nExperience of containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.\n\nExperience in Database (e.g. Cosmos Db).\n\nExperience in POS, Payment and Checkout area is a plus.\n\nExperience in SignalR is a plus.\n\nAnd people who have:\nContinuous learning mindset to stay updated on emerging trends and technologies.\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail A track record of conducting code reviews, identifying areas of improvement, and providing constructive feedback to maintain code quality and consistency across a team, not just their own work.\n\nFamiliarity in backend testing with a focus on ensuring the reliability and performance of backend systems.\n\nFamiliarity with Agile development.\n\nComfort operating with ambiguity - able to take a loosely defined problem and shape it into a concrete technical plan.\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\n\nWHO WE ARE\nH&M Group is a global company of strong fashion brands and ventures.
