You actively drive sales in the store and are responsible to implement the Visual Identity. The Visual Merchandiser will meet the expectations of customers & colleagues at all times, as well as follow all H&M procedures & standards.\nThis position reports to the Store Manager.\nKey Responsibilities\nYou support the store to achieve a customer first experience through creating a visual identity through the implementation according to H&M guidelines.\nYou support, coach and develop the team on visual and commercial knowledge.\nYou ensure safety, security and administration procedures are always followed.\nYou follow up on Store KPIs and initiate actions to reach our business targets, goals & budgets.\nYou plan, execute and follow up sales activities and store campaigns\n To be successful in the role as a Visual Merchandiser, we believe you have the below mentioned skills & experiences :\nA multi-tasker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with an eye for detail, who puts creativity & inclusivity together.\n1-2+ years of transferrable experience welcome\nAbility to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.) for a short distance\nMust be able to work with hand and power operated tools (Iron, Steamer, etc) and lift in order to execute display setups\nMust be able to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends and support other stores\n This is a full-time position for our store in Gangtok.
